I would like to post in in forums as it was discussed for some time now and i feel this initiative could help addressing the lack of time DM team experiencing right now while being buried under smaller issues that don't require such level of power and competence to solve.
Please feel free to read, comment and give your suggestions on the system i propose. Administration feedback would also be much appreciated.
I myself volunteer to put this in action if said system or parts of it is going to be adopted.

It's a nice idea! One way to help other players (and sometimes DMs too) is to join the QC team. Though they primarily test and verify stuff many of them spend time helping others with various issues too.

Can you please link me to QC team requirements and application? I didn't manage to find a corresponding thread on forums myself, sadly.
As of helper initiative, it came to my mind after some discussions held in discord about abundance of pretty simple and obvious complaints crowding DM team inbox, thus i proposed a totally administrative role (not involved in plots etc) to help coping with it and letting DMs actually DM instead of digging who's right and who's wrong on the obvious cases.
