The scaly man waits for a reply for some time, at the nearest inn.

Shea, strolling around the Wide again, hears the man asking around for help.
Waiting until she catches him alone, she approaches him, smirks and bows a little:

"Please excuse my sudden approach but I overheard your request and I think I may be able to help you.
Name's Shea, Shea Leansson, merchant of the Coast - and as it turns out I can offer you a pair of finely crafted cloves with the enchantment you are asking for.
There's one drawback, though - items of that quality are never cheap and this one is no exception.
I have to ask a price of no less than threehundredandtwentyfive bags of gold to cover my expenses."

Waiting for his answer, she looks at him with a polite smirk.

The scale-skinned man receives the merchant and responds to the offer in the open wide.

"I am pleased to speak with a merchant of great inventory. I had no thoughts of hand wear when I looked for apparel, but with this I can make work. I have drawback of my own, that I own one tenth the wealth you seek, and it may be many moons until I would purchase from you. If you have reason, I may make some trade with you." He shows here two things.
