House to buy and a chest

If you buy a house can there be a chest so you add curse item in to it, then it turn to a Mimic and if you try to open it attack you and now iam on could be nice if you could use Exorcism or remove curse use a spell on the mimic to remove the dark spitit will be cool for the caster
