Nexis Production with the guidance of Phoenix Company, cordially invites you all, to a gathering of music merchants and merriment!

WHO: YOU!
Come eat, drink, shop, network!

WHAT: CONCERT and MEET & GREET EXTRAVAGANZA!
Bardic Entertainment.
Food and drink.
Space provided for tents and tables for merchants, houses and guilds to set up stalls.

WHEN: Two weeks from today ((March 27, 2021, 6:30 PM GMT))

WHERE: ELFSONG TAVERN PATIO and EAST GATE SQUARE of BALDERS Gate

WHY: 1)Primarily this is a CHARITABLE FUNDRAISER, to raise gold for the wonderful efforts the Church of Ilmater are making in their goal of helping the poor and destitute of Baldur's Gate. There is no price of admission but donations will be wildly appreciated.
2)This is also, a chance for merchants, crafters and merchant houses to come together, and sell their wares and talk shop with both their peers and their competitors.
3)Finally this is also a chance to organizations to come and advance their cause through advertisement and dialogue. A chance to share interests with one another. A great chance to meet other like minded people. Set up a recruitment tent. Prepare a sermon for your church. Hire henchmen. Seek out fellow adventurers. Look at this as a great opportunity!

This is a paying gig!
So, anyone willing to help organize, perform, entertain or make a presentation, please leave messages c/o Nod Nexis at the Phoenix Company Lodge.
We have room for about 2-3 more performers! Come show us your stuff!

CONCERT and Meet and Greet EXTRAVAGANZA!!

We have been receiving some inquiries as to scheduling, space, and what to bring in regards to the Merchant/Guild/Temple for the open market.
Scheduling: Should be room for anyone. Come early, come late, and stay as long as you want!
Space for stalls: There is lots of space, but show up early, for higher availability.
Bring your own tables, signs, tents, event stall set up equipment.

((The event is on March 27, 2021, and officially starts at 5:30 PM GMT. It will go for a couple house, so show up whenever you like))

Entertainment at the Elfsong Tavern Patio will be set up as an open stage for any entertainer who would like to try thier hand at a live performance. All entries who perform will earn thier choice of one bag of gold for thier performance or two bags of gold donated to the Church of Ilmater in your name.

In order to perform, you just have to show up.

So, please some play for charity!
