Wyvern Pads and Fast Movement not actually applying

I think this has been referenced before, but I did a Search and nothing came up, so....

Wyvern Pads armor (light armor 1/8 granting Fast Movement 10%) is, in the Combat Log, saying "Fast Movement is Enabled" when equipped, but it actually provides no speed increase. I've tested it six ways to Sunday, and nothing gets the 10% speed bump going.

Fast Movement is actually a Feat, but in testing, I noticed that no Feat is added to the Character Sheet, which it should, considering how other temporary Feats on Items get added, like and namely, Dash.

Can someone please look into this when they have the time? Cheers.

Alright, so no Armor swapping IG then? Need to equip, log on and off, each time? I guess that is doable...

No, it should be needed only once.

What classes do you have? Ranger/cavestalker combo ?

It’s a Magic user build.

So I just have to log in once with the armor equipped, and it fixes it? If I switch clothing later, will I need to relog? Why am I asking this when I should just go in game and figure it out?!?!?

Well, I tested it. I equipped, logged off, logged on, but nothing. Fast Movement shows up on the Character Sheet under Class Abilities, but it just never adds 10% speed to the PC.

I'm going to assume that because it adds a Class Ability (Fast Movement 10%) and not a General Feats (like the Dash feat (5%)) is the reason why this is not applying as it should.

My wyvern armors work fine on multiple toons. Catch me and you can try one of these.
