Trace Teleport bug: Rune named wrong location

I traced a teleport with an empty rune in my character's inventory. The person teleported to Soubar. The text after casting trace teleport has the correct text. However, after I zoned into BG, the rune was called "Trace BG, Farmlands East Rune". This is where I was when I cast Trace Teleport.
