Fixed it!
In all seriousness, should drums be class restricted? Anyone can beat a drum... Or, is it because only Bard's, Harper Agent's, and Howling War Drummer's can make music that has an emotional/inspirational effect? If this true, then adding Howling War Drummers is very appropriate.

Should be fixed next update. You'll probably have to replace your drum with a new one to get the updated version once the patch goes live.
Issue only seemed to affect baseline drums. All magical drums already have war drummer included.
