The Gray Orc in question, stood besides Agatha, nervously, he smiled politely and earnestly, holding the letter with all his heart.
He wore a Cloak of Eldath, showing the Symbolism of it to the Guards, as if it somehow made any difference to who he was in the flesh.

Assume that entrance restrictions to the Lodge align with those of Baldur’s Gate. As such any race, or open faction alignments permitted to enter the Gate would be permitted to enter the Lodge. Do not attempt to covertly enter the Lodge without a DM present.
You can assume none of the NPCs in the Lodge would not exhibit hostility and serve you as normal (if you're permitted to be there). Presume any destructive or hostile action performed in the Lodge would result in immediate ejection by the Gondsman and the Guards stationed outside and that the Councilors would eventually be made aware of it (though this shouldn’t be done without the presence of a DM or Phoenix Company Councilor).
Your personal experience in the Lodge is also contingent on which (if any) of the Councilors are present upon entry (or happen to arrive later). They generally have final say on who can or cannot remain in the Lodge based on whatever reasoning they devise, which depends upon the predisposition of the Councilor you happen to encounter.
If any Councilor has openly banned your PC from entering the Lodge do not assume that PC has permission to enter unless it has been given the consent/escort of another Councilor to enter.

Travelling in the Sunlight never made Rae happy or content to be around in it, the Sunlight Sickness made her loopy and unusually Chaotic, more so than usual.
Within these oddly unbalanced steps, she approached the Phoenix Company as if partially drunk, yet she spoke as if sober when she was permitted to show the Guards her papers she had for the Phoenix Company.
She said they were to be delivered to Netanya with utmost urgency, and required that things be dealt with quickly.

Approximately tenday ago a caravan from Soubar would arrive in front of the Phoenix Company Lodge, in Wyrms Crossing, carrying several crates containing exotic silks. The caravan would comprise of representatives from House Blackrose. Lady Netanya would be seen accepting delivery of these crates and directing the Phoenix Company guards to escort the hand-men from the caravan to the basement of the Lodge where they would offload the crates.
While the crates were being offloaded a friendly brawl would erupt between the Inquisitor of House Blackrose and a feisty halfling eager to prove his prowess. Lady Netanya and the Lord Regent of House Blackrose would simply watch with amusement.
Members of the Everwatch Knights, Phoenix Company, and the Green Circle would gather near Nashkel in an attempt to diplomatically circumvent a trade between the one known as Talak the Terrible and “The Three Kings”, a group of inter-planar merchants of rare and exotic wares. The trade was successfully circumvented though not without an unfortunate compromise.
It should be noted that one, Kaisi Autumnweaver, showered herself in glory by angrily demanding that she receive a new pair of hosiery from the negotiations.

The Imitation Game: Judging at 2400 GMT
Invites participating in the Imitation Game are asked to select their favorite personality from the Baldur’s Gate and environs and attempt to impersonate that individual for the course of the evening. Impersonations can include emulating the individual's dress, personality and/or other creative means of impersonation. Impersonations must be tastefully performed and devoid of vulgarities. It is recommended seeking the permission of the individual you wish to impersonate in advance. If you wish to participate in this contest but indecisive on whom you wish to impersonate there is an available list of individuals who have graciously offered up themselves as candidates for ridicule impersonation to select from. The best impersonation will be selected by the guest and the winner will be announced at the conclusion of the Gala and presented a monetary award.
Fashion Contest: Judging at 0100 GMT
Individuals interested in participating in the Fashion Contest are asked to adorn themselves in their most fashionable winter themed attire. Contestants will collectively be invited on stage to shamelessly strut and preen in their attire before the gathered audience. Guest will select the best male and female attire and that esteemed couple will be crowned Mr. and Mrs. Fabulous of the Winter Solstice Gala and each presented with a monetary award.
Open Stage: Ongoing
While a musical troupe will be on hand to provide entertainment throughout the evening we also recognize there is an exceptionally large pool of artistic talent amongst our invited guest. As such the stage will still be open for guest to regale the audience with their own winter themed performance.
Phoenix Company would like to extend its gratitude to those invitees who were able to attend the Winter Solstice Masquerade and Fashion Gala. It was a smashing success due to your illustrious presence. Special thanks to Celestia The King of Undermountain, Halaster Blackcoat, for conjuring a shower of snow flurries to create a wintery ambience. A certain hin is also grateful because he was able to construct his own personal fortress from the fallen snow. Also special thanks for our guest entertainers, Bryce Sawyer, Iris, Hymly Finch, Kaisi Autumnweaver , and the duo of Rose and Sirion who managed not to stab each other for once.
Congratulations again to our contest winners: Frin was crowned the victor of the Imitation Game for her portrayal of Batibat Kok-Lir Kasdeya. She agreed to not use the proceeds from her winnings to procure toxins to poison the local water supply. Jalib and Lilly Kai were crowned Mr. and Mrs. Fabulous. Lilly Kai requested the proceeds of her winning distributed to charity and Jalib requested the proceeds from his winnings donated towards erecting a grand effigy of himself because of course he did.
Extended special thanks to Lucia, Rose Rivineth, Sirion Te'Dwa, and Kaisi Autumnweaver, for assisting in the planning and execution of the Gala; Sayushi Furuki for her fabulous catering services and House Blackrose for their security services.

At the caravan camp situated at the southern span of the bridge over the Chionthar, two figures, Lady Netanya and Lilly Kai would be witnessed engaged in a frank and earnest discussion.

Be it known that on this day, 11th Claw of the Storms 1357 DR, by common vote it was unanimously decided to appoint Lady Netanya as acting Administrator effective immediately.
As well, we bid Natariel a fond farewell, as she will be focusing her attention with En Dharasha Everae. This also means we have two absent seats on the council.

After an extended day of eradicating a nest of baneful spiders from beneath Baldur’s Gate, the investigative team from Phoenix Company would retreat to the company baths to reflect upon the events of the day and speculate upon their greater significance.
An expedition comprising of representatives from Phoenix Company, Candlekeep, Bladestone Foundation, and the Temple Lathander, set out on a quest deep into Amn to retrieve a relic sought by Polvich. Although bloodshed had been anticipated the relic was easily retrieved through dialog with the Black Dragon that held it in its possession.
