Trouble logging in.

New person here. I tried searching the problem but can't find a solution. I keep booted on attempted login. I've double checked my CD Keys and they match. I've connected and downloaded the content. When I select the character and try logging in....it keeps booting me. Is there something else I need to do on my end?

You may be trying to use a username that someone else is already using.

Have you tried changing your username (or using a slight variation) to see if you can log in then?
