A man cloaked in red would go over to the Bulletin board on the side of mag's tavern Looking over all the posts before pulling down three bounty flyers weathered by the elements. Tearing the papers up he would walk over to the pit of fire tossing the shreds in.

The man would be seen walking up the trade way to the Blackrose fort entering and coming out wearing the regular attire of Hanner Blackrose. Shortly after he would be seen Carrying several lockboxes to his saddlebags from inside the keep. Double-checking they were secure than giving a firm nod to the guards. The masked man would mount his horse kicking heels firmly into its sides as he took off.

Young girl with her dog could be seen as she feeds wolves around Fort Prominence.

SerBlake Hightower, sregeant at arms and knight of hous Blackrose is seen bringing reinforcement to Soubar.

As things have been calmer on the Bugbear front, 50 soldiers- half of them Blackrose and half of them mercenaries- and 2 catapult are being brought to Soubar.


He orders the catapult and the emn to their position.

A happy day for the children of Soubar: twenty jars of candy make their way among them, distributed by a smiling drowess with hair streaked with red and blue dye. They're filled with hard and soft fruit-flavored candies and soft chocolates and caramels.

When in the commerce area's keep your weapons sheathed and do not call upon summoned creatures.
Anyone attempting to make trouble or get involved in business that is not their own will be looked upon
with extreme prejudice.

The Blackrose garrison in Soubar would continue there postings around the commerce areas as in the many months past

Numerous wardrums seem to have been heard from the nearby hills. Some say they have seen hordes of trolls move and attack a group of adventurers.

The battle seems to have taken place first inside a cave and then took place outside it along all the hills.

Troll corpses appear to have been melted with acid and reduced to dust by fire.

A parchment has recently been left in the town bulletin board of Soubar.

Anyone planning to venture into the adjacent hills,
do it with caution and never alone.

Avoid venturing without weapons with acid or fire or spells containing the same elements.

Before leaving, buy all kinds of provisions, but above all buy bandages and potions to heal your wounds.

If you spot hordes of giant trolls, especially trolls wearing tower shields, be well prepared or run away without hesitation.

In the early hours of the morning a few hours before dawn, a man adorned in an ornate black war plate with golden trim emerges from the solitary fort upon the hill lugging with him barrels of practice equipment. A few of the more senior men on station offer looks of pitty to their juniors. At the break of dawn many sleepy figures leave the fortress in a single file where the man awaits them by the barrels Your all late... He says to the assembled Milita of Soubar I can see that in my recent absence that you have all grown lax. Well allow me to rectify that for the lot of you. For the next two ten-day you will wake before dawn you will drill for two marks then and only then will you be allowed to break for the morning meal. I will see to it that you are broken back into shape. Now get your kit and form up form up into sparing rings by squad. Now! His final word a bellowed command. Though with that he would gather his own suitable practice kit to join men he The heavily armored figure took part in a few practice bouts with the more capable among them, he went about offering advice on sword forms, he also offer encouragement to those whom would be struggling the most.

The training was hard and some times brutal though at the end of two marks all returned to the barracks either on their own legs or added by their brothers in arms. It would seem that Order has returned to the sleeping little Hamlet

A pair of newcomers step off a trade caravan arriving in Soubar, wearing holy symbols of Bane. A foreign man and woman clad in red and black, they tour the settlement before heading to the tower of the Black Abbey. After entering within they are not seen departing for some time and when they do, it is with their heads held high in determination.

An impromptu sermon is held within the Black Abbey, following which a patrol under Banite flags heads out to punish threats to Soubar.



Upon return, the group is seen dragging a gnoll within the Black Abbey once more, which gives up its life to Bane upon the altar. The carcass is left there for a time, its blood drying upon the stone.

An altercation took place earlier this evening over a rogue planar summon between a one-eyed ranger and two tieflings, that culminated in a fight outside of Soubar's walls where both demifiends where shot to death by the bowman. The body of the dark armored tiefling is later seen nailed to a cross near bridgefort where a large Zhentilar force is currently stationed, stripped bare and in a humiliating pose, with multiple arrows still sticking out of his naked torso.

Few minutes after winner has left, one of tieflings opened his eyes and used healing magic from his gloves to stabilize himself. He then slowly removed the body of other one from the cross and teleported away with with it not taking his time to undo the arrows. An empty cross and blood stains on the ground remain as the only evidence (together with witnesses memories) of that happening.

On the 16th of Kythorn Soubar was alive with festivities. Stalls stood cramped together with a wide array wares on display and their sellers behind it hawking their wares. For a while visitors and merchants haggled back and forth, until the rhythm of sonnets and songs sounded near the campfire.

Then not much later an invitation to join the Tournament at Fort Prominance began to circulate and many urged there together.

It was said that a man named Aiden Vega fought his way to third place...
And a woman called Tarina jostled her way to second place...

And though many dueled as best as they could, only one prevailed to have their name called by Amos Thistle in the end.

"I declare Mom'fellas this years Champion of the Commerce Gala Tournament!"

It is rumored during the recent Blackrose Commerce Gala a raffle was run for the residents of Soubar. The prize: A fully built and furnished house with all the extras that come with it. The winner of the Raffle has yet to be announced.

Over the next several days, Tarina begins spending her mornings clearing out bushes and weeds atop the rocky mound in Soubar, across the road from the Black Abbey. She uses her axe and a small hand shovel to hack away at the wood and dig up the roots. She dries out the most usable branches and leaves them with the town's stockpile of wood to be used for tinder, while burning the remainder outside of the walls.
