Hello everyone! This announcement is coming a little late but better late than never.
We've decided to move the Tanarukk race to the surface. The DM team felt that they fit better with the Grey Orcs PC and Uruk Lurra than in the Underdark. The intention of this move is for them to share starting areas with the grey orcs, namely Soubar and Uruk Lurra. Prior to implementation, there were some adjustments made to Tannaruk for their move to surface realm availability as vetted through QC. The decided stats were set to:
+2 Strength, +1 Dexterity, -1 Intelligence, -1 Wisdom, -2 Charisma, Darkvision, Reach to the Blaze, Fire Resistance 5, Favored Class: Barbarian, ECL 1.
For considerations to NPC settlements, for the time being, they will be considered as Grey Orcs have been, for player characters.
