No bonus 2d6 magical damage happening against frost giants. Hill giants works like a charm.

Do you receive your regular FE bonuses vs Frost giants? It could be that they do simply relate to other group of creatures than regular giants.

I think it was my mistake. I'm pretty sure the damage isnt magical. I'd try again, but I have RCRed the ranger.

Bane of enemies is physical and I dont think it has ever been magical, unless it was years before me.
