Poison spell DC not calculated with negative levels

After some experimentation, I have noticed that the Spell DC for Poison is calculated purely off base character CL.
It is not modified at all by Negative Levels or true caster level.

During a test, I had an ally cast Energy Drain on me, resulting in 6 negative levels. The resulting DCs and poison applied were the same both before and after, but should have shifted.
