Welcome New HDM: SummerBreeze!

Hello BG Community!

We have some exciting news regarding the DM team and movements within.

Everyone please give a warm welcome to our new HDM SummerBreeze! Admins have appreciated their initiative with the community at large, and are looking forward to working with them in the future.

That being said, a second announcement is warranted. Both Dialectic and Boo will be moving to HDM Advisor for the coming months, imparting their wisdom and process knowledge to SummerBreeze, until SummerBreeze is comfortable standing on their own two feet within the role. As of this announcement, once SummerBreeze is settled into the role, Admins are expecting only one HDM moving forward, unless the workload proves too great.

We’d like to thank all three, for stepping up and providing the community with all the time, effort and grace needed for the role.

For anyone who is concerned about this, Dia and I will still be about in the coming months. The plan is to train up SB into the role. Dialectic has been busy IRL, and I need a break after HDM'ing for the past 4 years. We're excited to have SB joining us!

As HDM Boo said, Boo and I will still be around in the meantime in this time of transition (and yikes yeah, I have been very busy IRL and Boo has earned a respite HDMing so much in the past few years too!), but it is very exciting! Very grateful to have had the opportunity to work for the community as a HDM for a second tenure this past year. Thank you all amazing staff and players for being the folks you are and making it mega worth investing the time in working for the server we all love!
