Cant seem to delete or overwrite my character?

Made the last sec decision to roll a 'craft'Lock instead of a 'combat'Lock & forgot to back out to redo skills to actually put points into.... crafting skills
The 'delete' button is greyed out and dont work it seems & I tried to reroll & overwrite by 'saving character' & by 'exporting character' but it keeps going back to the messed up roll?

Anyone know how to delete or overwrite the character, I finally dawned upon a good name & really dont want to spend more time trying to name another character?

Ahhh, do I have to wait till next server rollover/reset to get back to Nexus?

If you play on surface, you can come to talk to Norm Smith (Eastern farmlands, by the place you start your game), choose "i don't know" option in dialogue and he'll send you to Nexus. You won't be able to leave nexus till server reset happening, though.
If you play in UD, check the Beholder in the tent at Sshamath market area, dialogue options are same.
