Way to 'purge' RCR 'stored' XP?

Not really sure why the devil I cant withdraw XP, but I rolled a brand new character with a new name & still giving me the:
"I cannot help you. You must have XP stored already. Only new characters can redeem XP" ?

No idea how I even ended up 'with' stored XP, I never spoke with the Treant to 'store' any??

Make generic char, retrieve rcr xp then speak to death about deleting character

This is just the default message. If you are getting this message and talking to the tree on a completely new character, it means it has no exp to withdraw.

This is just the default message. If you are getting this message and talking to the tree on a completely new character, it means it has no exp to withdraw.

OK, server reset is coming up so hopefully I will be able to re-roll my character Eldritci without getting bugged language list
Someone suggested the bugs may have been because I didn't RCR the character to re-roll so fingers crossed cause it seems its not RCR issue if no XP is stored
