Sorcerer build decision

Now that Shadow Adept is open, I think I will skip AM for SA and go full Necro with 34 + spell level on DCs.

With that posted build, I calculated 30 + spell level for DCs. 33 + spell level if you took Epic Spell Focus.

10 (base) + 12 (buffed INT) + 1 (Spellcasting Prodigy) + 2 (Shadow Weave User) +5 (Epic Bonus from hitting CL 35 with SA and BM) = 30 (+ spell level)
Add +3 if you take Epic Spell Focus.

Am I missing something? BM just gives +3 spellpower to hit CL 35, right?

Edit: The +4 bonus on caster level checks from Shadow Weave User doesn't increase DC; you only get the flat +2 DC bonus from that feature. Maybe that's where you were getting 34 from?

You are correct, its 33 + spell for necro. When I was typing the message I was hoping to be able to get 2 more Greater CHA but I didnt account for SAs prereq feats

One thing is for certain though, mechanically there is no reason to make a wizard, other than a pvp based hips wizard. With Shadow adept one can get a hips wizard with very good DCs as well - https://nwn2db.com/build/?326250

I was actually referring to this posted wizard build. I wasn't sure if I was missing something crucial about BM, and I didn't see Epic Spell Focus in your build on NWN2db.

I was actually referring to this posted wizard build. I wasn't sure if I was missing something crucial about BM, and I didn't see Epic Spell Focus in your build on NWN2db.

The wizard build is 30+spell level, like you mentioned
