No Ooze to pick for Ranger

My ranger cant pick ooze as a favored enemy couse there no Ooze to pick it sould be under construction as one i can pick can that be don?

Oozes are under Aberrations.

... or should have been. Apparently my previous changes didn't go through. So I'll fix this in the next patch. Oozes will be covered by Favored Enemy Aberrations, and Incorporeals will be covered by Favored Enemy Undead.

Is there a comprehensive list of what creatuers fall under what FE categories on BGtSCC?

Afraid not. Nor is it easily checked as you'd have to look through each and every type of monster to see what racial type it's listed as.
