TKL performer not saving songs

The TKL performer does not seem to be saving my songs.

When I open up the tool for the first time it shows my saved songs as empty slots. If I save a new song into a slot the names of previously saved songs do show but I am unable to load them getting the message 'there is not a song in that slot'

I personally have not had this issue, but have talked to others that have. One thing I have started to do in order to combat this in case it happens to me, is to transcribe the song immediately upon completion.

Thought it had to do something with rcring with using the same name since I heard songs are saved to characters but still doesn't work on a brand new character for me.

Does saving an empty note song make any difference to the slot affected?

Please advise me if you had your songs saved prior to split or it happens with freshly made ones too?

After numerous tries, we weren't able to reproduce it as well. It always saved it for me and 1 other person who tried.
