Weapon Master Level 10

(Pretty please) Give Weapon Master something at lvl 10 as a capstone ability. My suggestion: Weapon Supremacy.

I would rather it see it get a feat that bypasses crit immunes, so it can crit against everything. (But I don't see that happening, so your suggestion is fine)

1 round per class level weapon master, debuff one target, making it critable. Last 10 rounds for a lvl 10 wm

2 uses a day

There exists a divination spell, "Sense Weakness" that supposedly makes it so the victim automatically forces and confirms critical hits aimed at them. Meaning - all attacks are a critical hit for the duration of the spell.

The spell lasts 1 round, description says the effect is for half a round.

Perhaps this adjusted for WMs, with a DC of...

15 + WM level + X stat.

X could be either Str, int, dex or wis - not sure which fits best (wis maybe? Since it's about "sensing" things)

I always suggest this feat: Improved Whirlwind Attack.
If you are offended by what I said have said above, I have recieved my last warning, I have discussed Intuitive Attack, so report - for I do not mind. Getting me banned is nothing special, it happens every week. But you could also choose not to be offended, this place needs more banter, your choice.

Weapon Masters with Supreme Cleave were (one of) the first reasons that the mobs on this persistent world needed upgrading. Back in the early days of NWN2, when BGTSCC still had BETA in the title, WMs were annihilating entire spawns with a round of crits. It was so bad back then that the staff inflated the hit points of mobs to prevent the WMs from clearing a zone in 60 seconds. Inflating mob hit points rendered blasting mages pointless, which caused those players to utilize gishes. Nearly every character became a martial class of some sort. ... Changes caused more changes. ... etc. ... The snowball had become an avalanche.... Now there is a need to buff the Weapon Master? :lol:

I would say that it is more a case of making 10 WM viable.

Exactly.

Right now, there is NO good reason to take the last three WM levels, except bragging rights for having a cooler build than anyone else. The Weapon Supremacy I suggested hardly makes WMs OP again, it's just a little something (+1 AB, +1 AC) and fits the theme of the class, in my opinion.

More exciting suggestions are of course welcome, to keep the discussion going.

I would say that weapon supremacy would not be a good fit, since it wouldntakenaeaybfrom 18 fighter, making any WM even stronger and allowing other classes to get the feat without 18 fighter levels.

Perhaps give them overwhelming Crit for their preferred weapon and epic prowess at lvl 9 and 10
