Can't take Heirophant prestige class

But I have all the requirements. Did I do something wrong? Or is it because you can only take one prestige class?

Hmm I have 2 metamagic feats, Lore:religion 15, wisdom 19, can cast 7th level spells and I still can't get the Heirphant prc.

And I logged in twice.

What am I doing wrong?

Ok so I was in the bg server 2. I logged into bg server 1 and it worked.
