Macros Wiping on Transition

So the macros appear to be wiping completely on server transition. Having to retype them all every time i cross zones across servers is troublesome if you have a few of them that are quite lengthy. I've stopped using the lengthy combat ones which lessens the RP potential they offer. I would very much like to see this addressed soon if possible.

Please advise me if you mean PC tools macros or CE macros?

Sorry for a delay.
Can you please advise me if you tried:
1) Saving your PC right after saving macros?
2) Relogging after saving macros?
3) Did you try to "apply current settings at startup" with macros switched to be visible?

I myself did experience this randomly, but it was fixing itself quite soon after.
