Random Deaths

I have no idea where to put this but it has happened three times now. The first time I saw a body in the Farmlands, where you log in. I thought maybe someone logged in after being dead already and their body somehow ended up there. But the second time it happened another PC brought someone to a cleric PC having found them dead at blunt. Cause still unknown it seemed they were not sure what happened either. Now it happened again when AoS after logging for something logged back in and ended up in the Fugue his char's body right at the log in to BG area.

Cause I have no idea, so I am not sure how I can help further. Has this happened with anyone else?
