Because a few people have expressed some concerns to me as Soulcatcher was removed from the team several years ago...

I was the one that invited Soulcatcher to re-apply to the DM team. DMs only voted on whether or not to approve his application. The behavior he was originally removed for is something that admins and HDMs have addressed with Soulcatcher, and we feel that a 2-year time period is enough of a punishment, considering the circumstances of the removal, to be willing to allow him to rejoin the DM team. He is a fantastic DM and we are glad to have him back onboard.

If anyone has any further concerns with that decision, they can be sent to me.

I just want to second these facts, partly also to just generally say that the DM Team does and can change views on who it is comfortable with to have on staff over time after such concerns are appropriately addressed.
