A lone Hoarite Priest can often be seen traversing the long road that is the Trade Way preaching the word of Hoar to those he passes, often times taking small fees in exchange for praying to Hoar on their behalf. Most of the time he can be seen every few days about an Old Chapel, fending off Mephits and their callers from the place, moving what debris he can by hand and surveying the area with great interest.

A Hoarite Priest could be found consecrating the ground before the Lewd Lyre's door, after he was finished the man would survey the area around and ask any who passed by what they saw before he and the Tiefling female stepped out. If answers came of whether they knew or not he would thank them for their time and move on.
In the hills of Thundar's Ride near a top what may have been an old burial ground, the Hoarite Priest moves some brush aside to open the small alcove. He stands afore it for a time and turned his opalescent eye to look over the area around him. He eyed the bugbears roaming the roads and greenery and any that came near he took his spear and ran them through, kicking their bodies down the hill. He turned back towards the alcove and began removing stone he had taken from the Old Chapel near Beregost and began to construct a shrine. With the pieces in place he would pull a two faced coin from a pouch and fit it into the shrine. The Priest stepped back and knelt down with his tower shield resting on his knee, the butt of the spear flat against the ground as he bowed his head.
"I ask that you, O Lord of Three Thunders, hear the prayers of your Faithful offered here. Place blessing upon this shrine and let it be known to those who seek you and it in this treacherous territory be worthy of you. That their prayers of vengeance or those that fear your vengeance be brought here, so that I can continue to embolden your faith."
The Hoarite Priest met with a red haired purple cloaked follower of the Strategist and later a few others joined the two. A hooded female, Fire Genasi female whose mate, an Elven female, joined later and finally a female of the far east. What was discussed between the Hoarite and the one adorned with the purple cloak was not secretive my any means. The two had come to an agreement to help each other in their coming endeavors.
The Hoarite Priest traverses to the Shrine of Hoar as often as able to check on it. To see if it still stood, if any prayers to Hoar had been left to see to, to clean it if required or even rebuild. The Priest once finished would lower to his knees and give his own prayers before returning to his wandering of the roads.
Hoarite Priest can be found traveling the usual roads stopping for those who seek his attention and pass on blessings of Hoar, the man ending his trek by stepping into and clearing out the abandoned Church once again.
The Hoarite Priest sometime during the last tenday had brought a cart into the abandoned Temple, as time passed it seemed the Priest had been inside for quite awhile before he stepped out with a young man and woman. The three had brought out the car with the familiar Mephits from inside and saw to dealing with them. Once the job was done the three then traveled South.
After removing the bugbears around the nearby area the Hoarite Priest walked up to where he had set up the shrine and checked it over making sure it was still in place, if not he would work to rebuild it. Once everything was in place he would look for any prayers to Hoar as well before offering his own.
The Hoarite Priest set upon is usual duty of cleansing the desired space for his Faith, mephit and robed firgures would be seen being carted out of the building and burned nearby.
The mephits and cultists within the Abandonned Chapel near Beregost were ruthlessly put to the sword by a warrior bearing the symbol of Hoar, and a blue haired Elf who bore the mark of Shevarash

The Hoarite priest can be seen about the Abandoned Church again, carting bodies of mephits and cultists out with the aid of two other men and a woman, one man wears a houndskull helmet with peacock plume, and a grey and black tabbard over plate. The other wears a black leathers with chain mingled, a broad scar decorates his visage and he bears two swords on his back. The female is noticably elven with shocking blue hair half shaved close to her scalp, she has taken up a watch with rapier and broken bottle in hand.
