So Shield Bash is a combat mode meaning you lose the ability to use combat expertise or power attack correct? And it is like a two weapon feat tree, you need two weapons, improved two weapons, and greater two weapons feets to get 3 shield bashes per round right?

You can use Shield Bash with combat modes, no problems there.
Shield Bash works with TWF, but it doesn't replace Two Weapon Fighting feat. You still need to make the full investment, and you will benefit from it. I don't really know to what degree, never tested that far.
