A shaggy-haired, pale-skinned dwarf walking with a staff halts outside the gate to admire the outer ramparts of the citadel. "Dis be da nordern kin, den. Bout time." A large poster written in dethek runes and the dwarven tongue is posted up outside the Temple to Moradin and the main gate to the city
Calling all adventuring Dwarves of the Keep.
Drocke Slivereye and the Fortress of the Holy Anvil need your aid in helping to secure the aid of Griffons for the kingdom. No matter if you be Haela praying battlerager or a staunch defender of Gorm your aid could mean the difference between success in establishing new alliances and securing the future security of the kingdom.
For those of a mind to see this done know that you should gather at the Meeting room within the city on the 30th of Flamerule 1357 and be prepared with diplomatic minds and strong steel.
A settlement of the outcasts lives nearby our intended destination and it is recommended each dwarf has some means by which they can defend themselves.
- Drocke Silvereye of the Silvereye clan, Hammer of Moradin in service to King Dovkin Battlehammer.
((OOC: This event is open to all dwarves (Shield and Gold) and will be held on July 31st at 7pm BST. Please meet at Kraak Helzak in the meeting room (Opposite the bath hall) and try to arrive 15 minutes before the event start time.))

A griffon lands today on the surface area of Kraak Helzak. There it stands greeted by four dwarves, peacefully. They then together move up to one of the towers of the hold and one of the dwarves starts pointing around to the cliffsides, perhaps showing the griffon something.

Dral Winterward is seen visiting Kraak most often as of recent. He typically is carrying a large bag and does so silently as a dwarf can.

Doan Mordain: A sailoring dwarf
Dral Winterward: "Loyal"

Outside Kraak Helzak, Bhor is seen with six other dwarves, Brag, Dral, Guldir, Gemra, Pak and Olmgar. A single elf Valduin stands close to Dral. Those passing by can hear the words like Rockrun and gnomes.
With grim expression they start descending to upperdark.
The day after the warriors return to Kraak Helzak. They smile and speak about heroic battles deep below.
Rumors in the kingdom spread like wildfire that the brave heroes killed the duergar king of Clan Titanfist inside the throneroom of Rockrun.

Re: Kingdom of Kraak Helzak Role Play (IC)
A strange looking traveler would arrive in Kraak Helzak during the early wintery months of 1358 DR but the odd trader might recognise the man as Malakai Stormwind, the adventuring caravan leader for the Rocky Creek Trade Company based out of Greenest.
Stormwind has been seen to occasionally accompany his associate, Brennan on the occasional expedition to the dwarven settlement, transporting travelers and cargo. He'd perhaps be memorable to the dwarves on account of his strange connection to the sky and winds themselves and the slightly ragged coat he'd always be seen wearing.
Malakai would leave word to the smiths of Kraak Helzak in the form of several notes, posted in a prominent spots.
The content of these messages would read:
Smiths of Kraak Helzak,
I suppose you could consider this a proposition.
I've learned that the blade of my sword might be the work of the old northern Ironstar clan. I'm fairly sure it's darksteel but not too sure.
It's a curious looking weapon. The hilt I'm told is probably of elven design by a few non-dwarven smiths I've dealt with in my travels.
A dwarf whom I'm on friendly terms with gifted me the weapon in the first place. I'm fairly sure he's from the Heartlands - perhaps one of your own?
Doan Mardain is his name.
Any way - I find it to be a fine weapon but I'm curious to know if it's power could be improved.
To that end I'd be willing to let you examine it. No doubt you're familiar with darksteel, though if it really is authentic Ironstar craft that might be something worth studying?
If it can be improved too - I'm happy to pay the gold or perform whatever services you might require to compensate any potential work.
Regarding myself - I am Malakai Stormwind, caravan leader for the Rocky Creek Trade Company and a ranger for the Whitewood Vanguard. Some of you might also be more familiar with my associate, Brennan from when we deliver supplies here.
As I tend to be on the road a lot, please leave word with him if any of you are interested.
