The PRC requires lore arcana to qualify - but has all other lore skills as class skills while missing lore arcana. Is this correct?

As the class is one of the weaker and unpopular PRCs - could not the breath ability get a re-use, if not used over some time (3-5 minutes)?

just noticed the dragon breath requires a successful concentration check ! - please remove that
and could it be made instant? Because aiming is almost impossible, once it actually fires the targets have usually moved away ....

Yeah, requiring to pass the cross-class skill check does sound out of line too, added it to discussion.

putting the dragon breath weapon on a timer rather than just the 5/day will massively change the utility of the skill, unless the timer is really short at higher levels.

It would make it more useful against day to day low level mobs, but for the most part, you don't need the breath weapon's damage for that. especially if you're in a group, because friendly fire. But it will severely cripple the use of back to back uses to defeat boss mobs, as suddenly damage potential vs higher end mob drops through the floor.

I don't suggest putting dragon breath on a use timer.

But as it is its core ability, I suggest a regaining of its uses over time.
After not using the Feat for x+ minutes, the next use is free. (Something like it was done with ki-step.)

Fixed.
They now have lore: arcana and their breath weapon doesn't need concentration checks anymore,
