Of holidays and busy people !
If you are PMing into the DM team or the staff, this is just a general heads up that a lot of us are extra busy this time of the year, so please allow us some headroom and extra time to respond to things or get around to requests. There are a lot of IRL responsibilities this time of the year for a lot of the staff and our real lives obviously need to take priority over our in game time. So please keep this in mind with our interactions during the month of December and into early January.
I want to note as well that we are indeed a bit backed up right now. We have been seeing a very high volume of requests and PM's coming our way lately. If you do not see a response from us on something you sent this month by the new year, please feel free to poke us or refresh it around that time.
A good time to refresh on the rules around DM requests as well : viewtopic.php?f=10&t=70168 which will help us be able to manage things better.
I ask that you please though, be patient with us considering the above mentioned.
