Notice on Update Issue (Jan 8 2022)

Hello BGTSCC,

We had a new update today, which was done with a new automation system to make doing future updates easier on developer staff. We're still working out the kinks with this new system. You may have noticed that your downloads are hanging up after every file. You are still able to finish the download and log on to the server, you will just need to disconnect and reconnect to the server for each new file to complete the download.

We will work on fixing this issue as soon as we can.

I'm getting a log-in error, "Missing Required Hak Files", I'm missing 3 bg hak files:

bg-bigolfacepackmidffnorm.hak
weaponspack2.hak
bg-bloodriot_placeables.hak

the error comes up, with an option to click on, "OK", then the server wont load.

Any ideas on what i'm doing wrong, or how I can download the mission files,

A walk map is missing for the xvart village.

I am stuck at the xvart village Area Transition and get logged off the server.

I tried renaming the sus.xvart village.trx file and relaunch updater.

The issue persists.

Valefort will try another update when server population is lower to try and work out the kinks. Sorry for the hassle.

An update pushed to server 2 (North) that went live at a 9-hour reset (approx. 20:55 UTC) has introduced a hak verification error. This is a problem for anyone logging directly into and portalling to server 2.

Cannot even log in now, i get the following error:
sus_xvart village.trx downloaded successfully but cannot be verified

When i go to check the file it reads as:
sus_xvart village.trx.lzma

Same issue here, no login possible. Error is exactly the same as Ahku.

Ditto. Although I attempted to log into server 5122 two hours earlier and my computer began downloading another 400 plus Mbyte file (after the initial update). It was unsuccessful. Now, I am hung up on a mere 3.86 Mbytes... xvart village related.

FYI

I tried server 5122 and got right in to the nexus.

I then went to south of beregost (5121) and it works now.

For anyone getting errors or slow downloads, try logging into server 2 (north) to download the hak. file, then you should be able to get onto server 1 after that (at least it worked for me).

the sus_xvart village.trx file loads and verifies ok now.

now i get a 'Failed to load area walkmesh' error.

it indicates that the sus_xvart village.trx file may be stale or corrupt?

I get kicked off the server after the error displays for about 20 seconds
