Suggestion: Add Classes that can get Epic Spell Damnation

Currently these are the classes that can get Epic Spell Damnation, Cleric, Druid, Warlock, Sacred Fist, Warpriest, Harper Agent.
It is a spell so rarely taken and used since its enchantment school and those few that might take enchantment focus is most likely wizard or sorcere, would like to suggest to add sorcere, wizard to the list, or atleast harper mage and feytouched.
Since Harper Agent (and that also defy any argument its for divine spellcasting classes only as Harper Agent is not specified to any type of spellcasting just need some) know to cast it, it be very strange Harper Mage do not.
Feytouched since fey often tend to use enchantment spell beside illusion, and it fit with the chaotic nature to know a spell like this, more then most other epic spell i say ( and i read the sent the soul to hells,that you just sent it to a nasty place were it wont survive, not just the Nine Hells, could be the Abyss or Pandemonium and so on).
Also why are Favored Soul and Spirit Shaman not able to take it neither?
