After todays update to replace the BG Farmlands with the BG Outer City map the following bugs have been encountered:
Storage at Blunt is currently inaccessible — FIXED All items stored there are listed under "BG, Farmlands East" and cannot be retrieved.
New items are stored under "BG, Outer City"
Transition from Baldur's Gate East District to BG Outer City doesn't work. The doors/gates seem to be disconnected — FIXED The workaround for this is to relog onto server 2, and then spawn back in at the BG Farmlands from the Nexus.
The guards patrolling in the BG Outer City area get stuck near the Wagon Stop — FIX COMING
Those same guards do not react to drawn weapons — FIX COMING Though I cannot remember if they only reacted to masks previously
Lantern crates by Blunt aren't working correctly — FIX COMING
Floaty building in the upper-right corner of the map — FIX COMING
Some tiki torches towards Wyrm crossing that I forgot to swap out for lamp posts — FIX COMING
If I find more, I will add them here.
Edit: Added information about guard bugs (3 and 4).
Edit 2: Issue 1 and 2 have been hotfixed according to Rhifox. Added issues 5, 6, and 7 from Rhifox.
Edit 3: Fixes for issues 3 through 7 are scheduled to go live with the next update (Rhifox).

The ones that spawn and patrol from just outside the East Gate, and travel all the way across the Wyvern Bridge, through the Tradeway and ends at the Friendly Arm Inn definitely reacted to masked/hooded individuals. The ones that just loiter never did.

Travelling to new farmlands via northern farmlands works fine as well.
There are no level 30's, only level 20's with benefits...
East Gate -> Outer City transition should work now, was hotfixed.
Same thing with storage. Apparently storage worked off area name instead of area tag for some reason, so we had to update the new name in the sql tables.
Will look into the guard problems.

The lighting is fine when people aren't casting a million light spells everywhere. <.> That many stacking light spells is causing some serious bugginess it looks like.

Very minor thing. But one of the Fist stopped moving at the campfire. The other would walk away, and then run back to the one who stopped moving. This continued for a long while until they both disappeared. I am unsure of why they disappeared, if it were DM action or a timed thing, or what. But it was resolved then.
