I am attempting to log into Server 1 with both an 11th level Cavalier and a 12th level War Slinger. Both characters are getting the following error message.
Invalid Character - Player Login Refused. Item equipped with an "Item Level" disallowed by server restrictions.
Did the server implement an item level rule-based on a character's level? Both characters are equipped with +4 gear.

Update: I was just able to log into Server 2 after it reset with my 11th level Cavalier without issue.
