There seems to have been some unusual movement in Fort Prominence in the past few days.
Caravans with the banners of the Order of Blackrose headed south, among the dozen veteran soldier there were the Lord of Fort Prominence Amos Thistle, the High Marshal Galliard Hallowdant and the promising soldier Nicola Thistle.
Morale seems to be very high as well as expectations before their leaving.
After a few days, a letter was sent to the sergeants who remained at Fort Prominence reporting some orders and indications, a sign that the dozen men would have stayed in the Amn for a few more days

A force of laborers would venture out of Fort Prominence with sledgehammer and picks in hand accompanied by a small escort of armed guards as they would heading for the ruins of the old church a ways across the tradeways east.
All day long they would hammer and pick away at the old chuch tearing it down.
This would go on for the next couple weeks as they clear the stone repurposing it for other uses until the old ruin was all but gone.
With the ruins all but gone a new development seems to have taken to the area as wood and stone are moved to and fro. Rumors have it that a Windmill is being constructed and the lands around it are being plowed by the locals.
Rangers patrol the area carefully looking out for signs of Ants, Wolves and other dangers that get to close for comfort.

In the next couple of months arrivals of goods from the many regions of Amn pass through Soubar on their way to Fort Prominence. The first arrival is that of two soldiers well outfitted in Amnian armor. They are unloaded from their wagon as they meet with the Blackroses. Details of the soldiers are given over to the Black Roses as the first wagon leaves.
The next arrival is that of livestock.
From the grazing lands south of Lake Weng, livestock is brought in large bedded wagons to Fort Prominence. The sheep and goats range in color from black and brown to shades of crème and white.
8 Breeding pairs of Goat
2 White Goats
2 Black Goats
2 Creme Goats
8 Breeding pairs of Sheep
4 White sheep
1 Black Sheep
1 Brown Sheep
The final shipment comes across soubar in a covered wagon. Covered barrels and chests of grain make their way to fort prominence as part of the last shipment. The wagon wheels click and clack against the dirt roads. The Barely is unpacked and given to fort prominence.
With the Arrival of the Herds of Sheep, Goats and Spring Fort prominence and its surroundings proved busy as ever. Construction on fenced pastures for the herds would begin as well as seeding the fields that had been ploughed around the constructed mill which had been completed months earlier. Training with soldiers continued regularly under the guidance of the new additions to the Blackrose Military from Amn. The regular day to day activities would continue as usual as caravans would seek reprieve before departing to their destination as they travelled along the Northern Trade way.

Hammering, sawing and the bustling building continues day in and out. Palling's have been placed all around the outside of the fortress. Siege equipment placed covering approaches from all major advances from the south and from the west. Caltrop and other spiked contraptions are placesd around the fortress making it difficult to approach. Its heavy gate seem to have been recently reinforced with Iron and Heavy wooded bars. Civilians and lifestock is ushered out of the fortress and escorted to Soubar.
The fortress seems to be on the Defensive.

A young mage could be seen pacing around the courtyard of the heavily defended fortress, the look of worry evident upon her face. "Father..." She would say quietly before looking to her grandfather Anthony Thistle."He has yet to return... I am worried." She would look toward the gate once again. "I guess until your return I will keep things running."
