A druid of the Cloakwoods can be seen in and around the Friendly Arms Inn discussing a ring that he wishes to sell. He says that he will sell to the highest bidder, unless an amazing offer comes in and he'll sell it immediately. The starting bid is 1.5 million gold coins.
I was not sure what to list this for. I've been advised that I might be able to sell this for over 5 million, but that sounds a bit overpriced to me. So I set the starting price at 1.5 million. If someone wants to make an offer well above the starting bid, I'll consider it for immediate selling. I am not interested in trades, as the only reason I am selling it at all is to get funds for housing.))

A man named Nedan makes a buyout offer of 2.5 million.
Schrödinger's Cyricism: NPCs simultaneously know everything and nothing about Cyric until observed by the Cyricist. Then they default to the state that disadvantages the Cyricist the most.
A man walked up to the druid and made an offer he could not refuse. The ring was sold nearly immediately.
