1. Breath weapon manifests as a spell node, and the Dragon Knight manages to blast itself. It should probably be immune to its own breath weapon. Perhaps other dragon immunities too?
2. The Dragon Knight does not appear to have any DR. Per the wiki, it should have 15.
3. Spawns with 361 hit points, not the advertised 450.

Fixed 1&3 for next update, 2 It has 15 DR against +1 weapons, arguably that's rarely useful.

Is "rarely useful" the correct mechanic for an epic summon that lasts three minutes, or is it more likely that someone assigned the wrong property when crafting the creature?

It's a base game creature, looks true to pnp for venerable dragons, that said it's more fluff than actually useful. Got to see how meaningful the noticeable HP bump is.
