Going to be taking a backseat for a while, might take off a few weeks. I wont be reading pms or responding to many things on the forums as part of a much needed break. See you all here and there until otherwise!

Re: There and back again - a Topic's tale for BG'sCommunity
Time will be taken up most of this week due to upcoming job and irl focus', taking the week off save for urgent summons and IC events already slated.
After years of trying to give others a chance to prove to me they can shape up here, I have run out of patience. The numbers of nwn2 overall dropping in the past few years have told me the path others truly want to take. Actions speak louder than words.
It's not worth the investment.

Hello everyone!
I'll be taking a break after the upcoming court session in BG.
I can't say for how long and if I'll be retiring Alexander or even play someone else but there will be a break.
I won't give you a wall of text about the reasons here, those who play with me likely know anyway.
Be excellent to one another.

Re: There and back again - a Topic's tale for BG'sCommunity
Well boys and girls it's been a fun time and a lot of memories but I believe it's time for me to take a step back from BG for a good long while. I've played here for 3 years now as Hanner Blackrose, Formerly Hanner Leonson. I believe a lot of the Rp I took part in will go down in server history from my first day on the server as a level 3 rouge in the final battle for the devil war (My names in a book even
) to the implementation of the Northern Barrony fort on the bridge in-game. I'll never forget the time I spent here and I may pop in every now and then.
But by and large learning of the cosmopolitan feats in recent days killed my morale already being tested by the drama in recent days. (Just stay out of it guys and DON'T BE A EGGPLANT) The subsequent knowledge they will not be removed has killed my build's viability to live in the shadows, to learn things, Maybe an Assassination or three. As well it's shifted the potential to keep the server balanced in my eyes. Ever since the end of the RCR period, I've had a hard time playing Hanner it seemed around every corner someone could see him. Playing lost its luster when every group had a spotter and no information could be gained from following a group of your rivals. I could not place why things felt off. Until I heard it was added a few days before the end of RCR with little announcement something I never heard one word about until last weekend. Now if this problems to do with the feat I can't say for certain however that's how it feels
Well, there's my rant off my chest. I wish you all well
Goodbye so long and thanks for all the fish

I haven't been around for too long, but I've met several good people I've had a fair share of fun with on the server. Hope my comic relief rowdy dwarf made you smile once or twice and didn't offend anyone with his rants. I probably won't be around often from now on if ever. I'm from Russia. Things might just get out of control for all of us here real soon.

I'll be finishing up some existing requests and plots before heading back to retirement.
Thank you all for being a part. I'll have a few more quick plots before I'm out.

Due to recent events and hardships in RL I will be away from the game for a time.

I suppose it's best to put an actual notice up; I'm not sure when I'll regularly be in-game again. I think all of us at some point hit a wall when it comes to a game, and this happened to me with BG. This is by no means a goodbye - I love my characters and all the friends I have made on this server. I may pop back from time to time if one of them is needed. but mostly, I wanted to take a good long breather and make sure that the next time I jump in-game, it's because I want to, not because it feels like a chore.
Thanks everyone, and see you all hopefully sooner rather than later.

Away from PC until Wednesday. Will still be around on phone, but can't help with any issues until I'm back home.

Re: There and back again - a Topic's tale for BG'sCommunity
After wrapping up most of my promised events I've decided on giving a break an honest try. I'll be taking a break of 2 months and lending a helping hand here and there. I wont be answering most messages, following up, or doing anything exciting for a bit as part of recharging. I have some stuff planned already, I intend on finishing. Lets see if I can successfully attempt to give myself a break!
