Character is locked

The past day, I have found when I play, the character does not move via the cursor or the screen move by the keyboard. Everything worked on Sunday. Please assist.

Were you using appearance changer and exited it by using the Esc key instead of ending the dialogue properly? That can cause the character to lock up. Logging out and back in generally fixes that.

Otherwise, wait for a server reset and see if it is fixed after that.

Thank you, but this was not the problem. I did not use an appearance generator at the time. and I have logged out and back in several times. Also, I have waited for several server reboots. I may need to uninstall and reinstall software and then setup the multiplayer potion.

I am at a loss. Has anything changed in the server since Sunday?

Check if the char is not overburdened. (a cursed item can do that.)

Try making a new char and see if he also has that problem.

Thanks, I just checked with a newbie character and having the same problem. I have no idea. Should I uninstall?

Good question...

You could try starting the game in windowed/fullscreen mode and see if that makes a difference.
Also "alt-tab" out of the game and returning to it could be worth a try.
