So I thought that through this post, I'll give back to this community that accepted me, by showing some of the things that I'm currently "researching" and what keeps me away from the game.
What I'd like to show you here is a podcast discussing that our health is not dependant on our genetics, but on the interaction between our cells and an immense number of bacteria and other participants of the microbiome that are living inside our digestive tract and even other inner parts of our bodies. By eating (or frankly, by just by not being seprated from our environment), we can "import" more beneficial microorganisms into our bodies, or we can import artifically produced elements that kill some parts of this microbiome that was living in symbiosys with us. The video suggests, that different chronic deseases are developed when different constituents of this microbiome are missing from our body. And these go missing because of the way we are treating our food and - going back to base - the soil where this food comes from. (A bit of a druidic attitude, there
But it even suggests so much more:
What I gathered from this, is that all chronic deseases, including mental ones can be healed if the gut is healed, and we eat food that was rightly nurtured. And it's not a myth anymore, but a fact that is right now being scientifically proven.
I know it's a long vid, but it can be an important one to those working on regaining their health. So only if to one person it gives hope or a breath of relief, it was worth of me sharing all this.
Just to be stylish, I'll will finish with a quote from the video:
(Both on micro and macro level:) "Once you loose communication (one cell doesn't know what the other one is doing), you get isolation. You immediately get entropy. Chaos. Desease. So the meta desease of humanty is isolation."
So don't be isolated, communicate, and don't loose hope guys, because we ourselves have the tools to live a whole ife.
