Three Monitors and Health Bar

With a couple extra 24" monitors I picked up, cheap on CraigsList because not everyone knows that no one uses CraigsList anymore, I have been playing around with Eye Infinity, AMD's built-in software that turns three monitors into one monitor, and the 5759x1080 resolutions shows up in NWN2 and plays just fine, with the avatar in the middle. It takes some getting used to, but you can move the map and hot keys around. The biggest problem I am having is keeping track of my health, for the character picture and health bar is locked on the far right of the screen. Other party members are important, but not as much as the character you are playing.

I am sure that the party boxes are hard locked in the game mechanics, but how difficult would it be would it be to duplicate the character picture and health, and have that one duplicate box movable, maybe to where you are used to it, on the top right of the middle monitor?
