When I was trying to add a belt to the armor [Trapper's Delight], the other day, it disappeared.
I think this is related to the fact when opened in the 'old apperance changer', the combat dialog reports "vn_base: Error : Base armor value not found."
This sounds like it isn't getting a proper armor reference from somewhere? maybe it counts as mithral for the purposes of the appearance changer, but isn't? because the Mithral armor changer guy also fails to acknowledge it.
This appears to be related to it getting eaten by the Appearance Changer.
