Now to my main reason of this thread,
All in all there's two things that need to be fixed in the Broken Goblet that I think its essential to the place as well as helps me continue the activity. I hope I am not asking for too much. I assume it will be a simple enough task for I got no knowledge on the toolsets. I'm not trying to beautify the place either, I just don't want the place to look broken area wise, and let players get a sense of breathing room somewhat. Mass rp is one thing, unnecessary clutter is entirely another. Please examine the image below.
The area circled in red, are two pairs of booths and a bench along the wall for players to sit in. They don't work. One booth seems like a kemo chair but when you go to click on it, sitting simply don't happen.
Requested Solution- Remove the booths and benches from that circled area in red, and replace those booths and bench with a simple corner stage or leave that corner bare empty, so that Bards can walk over there and practice or preform.
Reason for such solution- So the area where the bar is at, is not too cluttered, and the Minstrels have a designated area for their RP. And simply to remove broken unworkable placeables.
The area circled in yellow. - This particular table and seating is a card table. Could we have the chairs replaced with normal kemo ones instead.
Reason for such solution - I have notice players dont like sitting there because of the pop up menu for the card game. The Broken Goblet already has a private back room with a card table.
The entire drinking area has a very nice range to hear common chat . So cluttering up all the rp by the bar gets really intense sometimes. Sometimes too much where not even whispering to one person to avoid disrupting a song or another conversation nearby helps. With my request it puts the minstrels in the area just right outside of common chat range from the bar. So if the minstrels are setting up their Tlk tools, they are not being interrupted by all the chats from the bar area. If the patrons want to whisper to themselves they can do so in the normal sitting area. If patrons dont want the songs lyrics to fill their chats, they can simply come over to the bar area etc.
Once again I dont own the Goblet. I just want to help it work for the community that is interested.
