Ability cap strength question.

I'm making a Barb/Frenzy Build, and I know that rage and frenzy stack. Do those feats count towards the strength cap? Like for instance, if my rage and frenzy are active I get 34 strength with a mod 12, is that it? Should I only put a set number of points towards my base strength?
