Multiple Level Up Tune and Congrats Messages Bug

I had a very strange bug occur while RPing near Mudd in the FAI. The combat log suddenly kept congratulating me as it does usually on a level up, followed by the tune that plays after finishing a level up, and the tune was heard by other players around as well. I really have no idea what may have caused this, and am not sure if it will continue when I log back in later or not, as it was happening while we were wrapping things up. Also none of these were actual level ups and no xp besides the RPXP was gained. Screenshots of the log below.




Edit: The bug seems to have not persisted after logging back in, still not sure what caused it to trigger or if anyone else has experienced it before, so just going to leave this here.
