[Feat] Shield Bash not taking into account favored enemies

As the subject line says, shield bashing doesn't take into account any favored enemy feats and/or bane of foes for additional damage or in the case of bane, the ab boost.

Not likely to change for quite awhile given we have limited means of coding damage output and have to calculate everything manually.
