Steadfast Determinaiton Not Working As It Should?

My character has Steadfast Determination but on a number of times has failed a will save fear check on a roll of a 1. The DC is a 15 and he rolls a 16 with a natural roll of a one. See the attached immage.




Is Steadfast Determination not working as it should or am I missing something?

Working as intended. It only stops failing rolls of 1s on Fortitude saves. If you want to stop auto failure of 1's on Reflex and Will saving throws, you need Epic Resilience.
