So here's a rundown of the bug and how to fix it currently.
I was playing in the underdark on a new character who died. During the death, my game crashed.
Upon logging back in, it showed that I was alive, but had -1 HP. I was unable to move, or use any items to heal myself.
Another character was able to use a basic heal kit on me to restore my health.
Upon receiving the heal, it worked and I was able to move around as normal.
After speaking to the illithid in spawn, I was then sent to the fugue plane as normal to restore my life.
I tried to rez myself there, unsuccessfully the first time. It just ported me back to the fugue plane a second time. I simply spoke to him again and he successfully sent me back to Sshamath.
I no longer have access to the tools to look into it myself, or I would. xD Sorry guys.
