Darkhold Bug

So a few days ago my new char and some friends were able to easily take the cart from Darkhold to the Underdark. Upon trying to get back up the same way, we got a "you are not authorized to use this" message when we clicked on the boat. So unless the Zhent are deliberately trapping people in the UD, either us being able (as non zhent) to get down that way is a bug, or us being unable to get back up is a bug. I suspect that us being allowed down is the bug, so I haven't done it since.

Unintended consequence of making Darkhold open by default now. The Underdark caravan shouldn't be available to non-allies; will fix that.
