Greater Magic Weapon only applying after Relogging

Hello,

I’ve experienced this 3 times in a row since the last week or two: my PC casts Greater Magic Weapon on himself (gloves), and though the spell acts as it succeeds, no bonus is applied to the Character Sheet nor the Gloves themselves, in the Examine page.

Transitioning Areas does not solve it.

But relogging to the Server does! Which isn’t how it should or used to be. Any help here? Cheers.

Works fine for me. Make sure that what you are using is a glove, not a bracer. It does not work on bracers.

I cannot replicate the issue. You will have to provide more details and specifics as to how this issue occurs.

Alright...let's do this!

1. I log in—Server has reset since last time—and here is my PC's Main Hand stats:



And yes, it IS a Gauntlet...but I have successfully had GMW apply to gauntlets before:



2. I cast GMW on the gauntlets. Now the weird part starts: my gauntlets receive an EB +1, but it should be EB +5:




3. I log out, log back in. My gauntlets now have EB+5!!!!





So...riddle me this Rhifox: GMW IS applied to gauntlets, but not the full amount. And, relogging puts the full amount in place (as it should be).

So, for shits and giggles, I cast GMW on my one pair of gloves. And only EB +1 was applied. Like you said on the Discord, only 5 CL is being utilized:

This was a spell progression/caster level issue, rather than a GMW issue, and should be fixed now after a relevel. Thanks for reporting.
