Old returning player can't summon planar being.

Hello. I've have not logged in for a year or so and now i can't seem to be able to summon my previously bound planar being.
When i use the focus it says:
You planar call is not being answered at this time. (Locked for 99 hours)

Does anybody have idea what's going on ?

It means someone else is using that summon. Names are not unique per player, the same name can drop in loot and be bound by another player. As you were inactive, you lost access to that named summon.

If you're speaking of a named planar summons (from a duty tome), only one person can have them bound at a time. But also, if you dont actively make use of it (as in arent playing the game for a time) the summon will default to being unbound, meaning another player can bind it. So due to your 1 year or so break, someone else apparently has bound that specific named summon.
